Professional Accreditated Courses

Sound Therapy Practitioner

I offer a comprehensive Sound Practitioner Certificate, accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), designed for those who wish to develop professional skills in therapeutic sound work. This training provides a structured and in-depth pathway into sound therapy, combining practical techniques and indepth theoretical knowledge with an understanding of how sound can support wellbeing, balance, and relaxation.

The qualification is thoughtfully organised into four progressive modules, allowing students to build their knowledge and confidence step by step. Each module can be taken as a stand-alone course, making the training accessible whether you are exploring sound therapy for personal interest or working towards professional practice. Students are able to complete the modules at their own pace, offering flexibility alongside a clear learning progression.

The modules include:

  • Foundation Sound Therapy – introducing the core principles of sound healing, key instruments, and fundamental techniques.

  • Intermediate Sound Therapy – expanding practical skills and exploring deeper applications of therapeutic sound.

  • Advanced Sound Therapy – developing a more refined and confident approach to working with sound one to one in professional settings.

  • Sonic Aura Cleansing (Tuning Fork Therapy) – a specialised course focusing on the use of tuning forks to support energetic balance and subtle body alignment.

Together, these four modules form the complete Sound Practitioner Qualification, providing a well-rounded education for those who wish to integrate sound therapy into their wellbeing practice or begin working with clients professionally.

Throughout the training, the emphasis is on practical experience, clear understanding, and supportive learning, ensuring students feel confident, knowledgeable, and inspired as they develop their own sound therapy practice.

Aromatherapy Practitioner

My Aromatherapy Practitioner Course offers a comprehensive and structured pathway for those wishing to develop a professional understanding of therapeutic essential oils and their application within holistic wellbeing practices. The training is accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and is designed to support both personal interest and professional development.

The course is delivered through three progressive modules—Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced Aromatherapy—allowing students to build knowledge gradually while gaining confidence in practical application. Each module can be completed individually, enabling learners to progress at a pace that suits their schedule while steadily developing their skills and understanding.

Throughout the training, students explore the principles of aromatherapy, the therapeutic properties of essential oils, blending techniques, safety considerations, and how aromatherapy can be used to support relaxation, wellbeing, and holistic balance.

To achieve the full Aromatherapy Practitioner Certificate, students must also hold a fully accredited massage qualification at a minimum of Level 3 standard. This may be completed through our Holistic Massage Course, or through any equivalent accredited massage training. The massage qualification ensures practitioners are able to apply aromatherapy safely and effectively within professional bodywork treatments.

Together, these modules form a well-rounded professional qualification, equipping students with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence required to incorporate aromatherapy into their holistic therapy practice.

As with all my training, the focus is on clear understanding, practical experience, and supportive learning, helping students develop a professional and confident approach to working with essential oils and client wellbeing.

Reiki & Energy Therapy

Holistic Massage Therapist

Energy healing has been an important part of my work for many years, both within my clinical practice and in my teaching. I am trained to Reiki Master level in the Usui lineage, and over time I have developed a deep respect for the role that energetic awareness, intention, and presence play within holistic therapies.

Alongside my practical experience, my background in medicine and science, including a degree in Anatomy and Physiology, has shaped the way I approach and teach energy-based therapies. I have always been interested in exploring how traditional healing practices can be understood alongside modern scientific thinking. In recent years, developments in quantum physics and energy field research have provided fascinating perspectives that help us begin to understand the mechanisms behind many energy healing modalities.

Concepts such as the interconnected nature of energy, resonance, and the influence of intention are now being explored within modern physics, offering a framework that complements what holistic practitioners have observed in practice for generations. While Reiki remains a deeply spiritual and intuitive healing system, these scientific perspectives can help students appreciate how energetic therapies may interact with the body’s own natural systems of balance and regulation

My Reiki training programmes are designed to honour both traditional teaching and contemporary understanding, creating a balanced approach that is accessible, grounded, and meaningful.

I offer regular Reiki training courses, beginning with Reiki Level 1, which focuses primarily on self-healing and personal development. At this stage, students learn how to connect with Reiki energy for their own wellbeing, while also gaining the skills to share treatments with family members, friends, and even pets.

Reiki Level 2 takes the training further, deepening your connection to the energy and introducing additional techniques that allow you to work more confidently with others. Completion of this level qualifies you to begin offering Reiki treatments professionally as a practitioner.

For those who feel called to take their journey further, Reiki Master training is available on a one-to-one basis, allowing for a more personal and in-depth mentoring experience as you step into teaching and advanced energetic practice.

My Reiki courses are delivered in a relaxed, supportive, and engaging environment. While the training is grounded in knowledge and experience, I aim to keep the atmosphere friendly, enjoyable, and spiritually enriching. Over the years I have developed my own unique teaching style that blends scientific curiosity, practical understanding, and genuine spiritual connection, helping students feel confident, inspired, and open to exploring the world of energy healing.

Holistic Massage Therapist

Holistic Massage Therapist

With almost 30 years of experience in massage therapy, alongside many years of clinical practice and teaching, I have developed a deep understanding of what truly makes an effective and meaningful holistic treatment. Drawing on both hands-on experience and my background in medicine and science, I created this course to offer a high-quality entry-level massage qualification that prepares students to work confidently and professionally with clients.

My academic training includes a degree in Anatomy and Physiology, which has strongly influenced the structure and depth of the course. I believe that a skilled therapist should not only understand the practical techniques of massage, but also the underlying anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic principles that support safe and effective treatments. This scientific foundation, combined with nearly three decades of clinical experience, allows me to provide students with a training that is both grounded in evidence and enriched by real-world practice.

The Holistic Massage Course is accredited by the Guild of Holistic Therapists, ensuring it meets recognised professional standards within the complementary therapy field. The course combines three days of focused, hands-on practical training with the Guild’s comprehensive online theory programme, which includes detailed modules in Anatomy and Physiology as well as essential theoretical knowledge required for professional practice.

During the practical training, students learn how to deliver a truly holistic massage experience, developing not only technical skills but also an understanding of client care, therapeutic intention, and the importance of creating a safe and supportive treatment environment. Emphasis is placed on developing confidence, sensitivity, and professional awareness when working with clients.

Following the practical training and completion of the online theory modules, students undertake a series of supervised case studies. These allow them to build real experience while refining their technique and developing confidence in working with different individuals and needs. Once the required number of case studies has been completed, students can then proceed to their final assessment.

This approach ensures that graduates leave the course with solid theoretical knowledge, practical competence, and the confidence to begin offering professional holistic massage treatments..

Myofascial Release Therapy

Holistic Massage Therapist

Myofascial Release Therapy

This year I have redesigned and refined my fascia training into a comprehensive one-day Myofascial Release course, created specifically for qualified bodywork therapists who wish to deepen their understanding of this remarkable and often underestimated tissue.

Accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), the course combines in-depth theoretical knowledge with practical hands-on techniques, enabling therapists to safely and effectively integrate myofascial release into their existing treatments.

With my background in medicine and science, including a degree in Anatomy and Physiology, and many years of clinical practice and teaching, I place a strong emphasis on understanding the fascia from both a scientific and therapeutic perspective. Fascia is now recognised as an incredibly important component of the body’s structural and communication systems. Modern research continues to reveal how this continuous connective tissue network influences movement, posture, pain patterns, and even emotional and neurological responses.

Through the course, we explore the anatomy, physiology, and functional role of fascia, alongside current thinking within bodywork and manual therapy. Students gain a clear understanding of how restrictions can develop within the fascial system and how these can impact the body as a whole.

Alongside my professional knowledge, I also bring personal experience and understanding of how the body can hold and protect unresolved physical and emotional experiences. Trauma, stress, and long-held tension can often become embedded within the fascial system, contributing to patterns of restriction, discomfort, and imbalance. When approached with care, sensitivity, and appropriate technique, myofascial work can sometimes allow the body to gently release deeply held tension, supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing.

During the practical training, therapists will learn specialised myofascial techniques and slower, more intuitive approaches to touch, designed to work with the body’s natural release processes rather than forcing change. This allows practitioners to develop a deeper awareness of tissue response, client feedback, and the subtle shifts that can occur when fascia begins to soften and reorganise.

The aim of the course is to equip therapists with practical skills, scientific understanding, and a deeper appreciation of the body’s innate intelligence, allowing them to expand their treatments and offer clients a more profound and effective therapeutic experience.

As with all my training, the teaching style is supportive, engaging, and grounded in real clinical experience, helping therapists leave the course feeling confident in applying these techniques within their own practice.

This personalised approach allows the training to be delivered in a more flexible and focused learning environment, giving you the opportunity to work at your own pace and ask questions as you develop your skills.
